Complete tile roof replacement at Halverson, Stone & Myers Mortuary in Torrance, CA. We removed the existing roofing system down to the deck, inspected and repaired the roof decking, installed Titanium UDL-50 synthetic underlayment, treated batten boards, and installed new EAGLE concrete flat tiles in a blended pattern for a fresh, updated look. All flashing, ridge/hip caps, and penetrations were properly sealed for a durable, watertight roof.
